How much does it cost?

Do I need to be a certain amount of time alcohol-free to join?

No.

What’s the time commitment?

You decide. We have 3 calls a week and Tracy is in the community daily with inspiration. It’s your time, your energy, you get to choose how to use it.

Is this like AA?

No. Sober Glimmers isn’t a recovery space. It’s a rising space.

What if I slip up?

You’re human – not a robot. Slips happen, and they don’t undo your progress or define your journey. At Sober Glimmers, we don’t do shame. We do compassion, curiosity, and honest reflection.

If you have a wobble, you’re still welcome – always. We’ll help you unpack what happened, find the lesson in it, and get back to feeling grounded and proud of yourself again. Because this isn’t about being perfect – it’s about being real.

And real women rise, even when they stumble.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. This isn’t a gym membership – no contract, no tie-ins, a safe space that’s here for you when you need it.
