Hello, I’m Tracy,
I’m an accredited coach specialising in alcohol-free coaching and mentoring.
In February 2023, I set myself a 100-day challenge to stop drinking – and it changed everything. I wasn’t a rock bottom drinker, but a midlife mum pouring Prosecco most nights, using it to take the edge off, to reward myself, to feel like me. But deep down, I knew I was meant for more in my life. By month four, I said, “I’m not going back!”
If you know you want more from your life too let’s get you stepping into sobriety with confidence and feeling proud of your choice. With mindset tools and my support you’ll discover who you were always meant to be before wine started running the show.
